By downloading, installing, or using any Lumate application or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Description of Service

Lumate provides a suite of software applications including Pan Mate, Desk Mate, Stretch Mate, and Score Mate. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

Some apps require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@lumate.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use automated means to access or scrape our services
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create within our apps (e.g. recipes, routines). By using our apps, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All Lumate trademarks, logos, software code, and brand assets are our exclusive intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our IP without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no representations that our apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Health-related features (stretches, wellness reminders) are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Lumate app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to other users or us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
