Lumate ("we", "us", or "our") operates Pan Mate. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use Pan Mate. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

When you use Pan Mate, we may collect:

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data powers the recipe book, meal planning, nutrition tracking, pantry management, and social sharing features. AI-powered suggestions are generated on-device where possible.

We also use aggregated, anonymised data to understand how the app is used and to improve future features.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (managed PostgreSQL). We apply industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — secure data storage and authentication
• Vercel — web hosting and deployment
• Google Play Services — app distribution and in-app features on Android

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have an active account or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and GDPR (if applicable), you have the right to:
